Refund policy

We will give you a refund, provided we receive the returned goods within 7 days of despatch by us. The goods must be received by us in saleable condition. The Postage & Packaging charge and, if relevant, the WorldPay transaction fee will be deducted and the balance refunded. Depending on the circumstances, an administration fee may also be applied prior to a refund being processed.
